Is it possible to recover lost files from a computer that had been defragmented
Hard disk defragmentation does cause some deleted files overwritten,So many deleted files can not be restored already.
However, there are many file itself is stored in contiguous space, defragmentation does not cause the data to be overwritten.
Therefore, the ability to recover some files, in other words how many files can be restored, which need to be scanned with powerful software. Can not guarantee that all, but good software can try to recover more files.
